problems w/ Current cd of Karmic on Dell Mini 9

When Grub comes up, press the 'E' key. Then head down to the 2nd or third
line, the kernel line, and at the very end of it, add the following:

nomodeset

then press Ctrl+X to boot, this will fix your problem, same thing on the
mini 10v. That is the KMS and modesettings stuff in the kernel causing the
issues right now.
