Are these meant to be Intrepid release notes or Beta release notes?
They seem to be a little of both.  The KDE 4.1.2 section mostly tells
what's new since a previous alpha release, while other sections say
what's new in Intrepid overall.

In my opinion, the release notes for Intrepid will need some coverage
of what's new in KDE4, for those coming from Hardy/KDE3.  Kubuntu 8.10
will be pretty much completely different from Kubuntu 8.04, and the
release notes will need to reflect that.  Maybe borrow a bit from the
KDE4 release announcements?
