KDE 4.1.3 into intrepid-updates

KDE 4.1.3 packages are announced on Kubuntu.org web page and many people are 
using it already. I've tested it on 4 computers since KDE 4.1.3 packages have 
been announced with using Konqueror as main web browser (with many tabs open 
and internet banking with https, too) and I haven't found any regressions.
