Upstream says: STOP breaking okular

There is no correct window size in this case, kwin is bugged and
doesn't want to apply the rule properly (or it treats a fullscreen
window as new window which ought to get the rules applied, which then
would be kind of weird as fullscreen == fullscreen, anythingelse !=
fullscreen).

Riddell said he'd SRU the rule away, didn't do it yet though. Also I
am not sure how to treat this in jaunty, AFAIK the window rules were
set because of the text-next-to-icon setting and the resulting issue
that not all toolbars fitted the window size anymore. Now I heared
that text-next-to-icon is default for 4.2 and we can drop the window
rules completely. If someone got enlightenment on this...
