KDE 4.1.80 kdebase-workspace-bin binaries ?

There are source packages for the KDE 4.1.80 kdebase-workspace-bin, kdebase-workspace-data, etc... in the repositories for the Jaunty but not the binaries.Is there glitch in the package build system or am i too hasty ?Thanks !Sam
