The problem version got stuck in UNAPPROVED, due to the main freeze, so
was only in the archive after the beta - so understandably, it wasn't in
the release notes.  For something that small, we wouldn't put it in the
release notes - we'd just fix the problem asap.

(and yes, i fixed the problem yesterday)
