It is a bugfix, and most likely not relevant for the KDE 4 version, so
please send it to the d3lphin developer, so it can become part of
D3lphin and probably Kubuntu.

I was talking about the KDE 4 release ;-)

As it uses Qt4 which is pretty different, it probably doesn't suffer
from (most of) the bugs d3lphin has. So features better go in
Dolphin/KDE4, bugfixes are better for d3lphin - unless of course you
found and fixed the problem in the KDE4 Dolphin ;-)
