question on popularity contest?

Another question as it relates to Tribe1 and maybe because I've never
noticed it in other installs, but is there a reason that PopCon is under
the advanced section of Ubiquity?  Any thoughts on moving it into a better
accessed section?  If I recall correctly I mention Popularity Contest in
the Official Ubuntu book but I didn't mention on how to get install it.


P.S.  Can we somehow get common Ubuntu terms added to the spell checker,
epsecially things like Kubuntu, Ubuntu, Konqueror and other items like
that?
