Groovy, I've uploaded it to make sure it gets in for feature freeze.

There's the crash that toma mentioned, and also if you look at
multiple packages the changelogs don't seem to be the correct
changelog for the package you're looking at.

The config file is the same as for any KDE app, appnamerc, we have one
at
/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde-profile/default/share/config/adept_managerrc

But even if you loaded the URL from the config file, the default URL
would still be hardcoded into the source.
