Compress function on files for Dolphin.

This weekend I had a look at Dolphin. The 'Compress here' function for files is easy to add by adding a service menu. 
 /usr/share/apps/dolphin/servicemenus

If you change ark_compress.desktop to have "ServiceTypes=all/allfiles" it will also show up for files, not only directories.  Of course you can add more servicemenu's to make it a zip or to launch ark, whatever you like. I leave it  to you. I think this method is better than patching it straight in Dolphin as this is way better to maintain.

I've not looked at the splitter problem yet. I need a gutsy to reproduce it. I'll look at it later this week I hope.
