Kubuntu homepage redesign

Hi all,
I think Kubuntu needs a more user-oriented homepage. The page should be useful 
to people who know absolutely nothing about Linux but want to give it a try.  
My main concern with the current website is how difficult it is to download a 
Kubuntu ISO. When I point people to kubuntu.org, they have a hard time 
finding the correct file. Alternate, desktop, i386, amd64, this is too 
technical.

So here's a proposal for a better Kubuntu website:
