Please add .desktop files to qt4 packages

The qt4 packages are currently not having any .desktop files so there
are no menu items for them. I have supplied sample .desktop files from
SUSE Linux 10.1.

Please add these files to the next set of packages. I did not want to
create a spec for such a small thing.
