kdissert sources in dapper - md5 mismatch

I'm almost sure apt-cache policy kdissert will give you two or more
archives with kdissert.  Remove the unofficial duplicate repository
and tell the maintainer of the repo to use the orig.tar.gz from dapper
for his/her builds.
