kdelibs4-dev installation problem

Hi,

	I have problem here when trying to install kdelibs4-dev
package. The result is: 
The following packages have dependency problems:

  kdelibs4-dev: needs: libarts1-dev (>= 1.5-rc1) but it won't be
installed.

This message has been translated by me from my native language, but
it's hopefully obvious what it says. The problem actually is with
libarts library itself, but you can check the result of installation
request by yourself.
