[kubuntu-devel] should we cross post for dapper

KDE problems and other things you think likely to only affect Kubuntu
are best on kubuntu-devel.  If it affects both Kubuntu and Ubuntu
(i.e. most problems not involving KDE) then you may get a better
response on ubuntu-devel.
