dapper settings missing Xkb options

Hi,

This bug is known and due to an incompatibility of kxkb in KDE 3.5.1
with Xorg >= 6.9. See https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/31165 . I
fixed this bug today thanks to Jonathan. Except an upgrade soon that
will fix it :)
