Question on Adept-updater

I have a question on how Adept-Updater functions.  Currently when I tell it to 
fetch updates I receive an error message that there were problems downloading 
updates and to click "OK".  Upon doing so adept-updater states that updates 
are finished.  However there is no troubleshooting text, how do I know what 
the problem was fetching updates?

I currently can fetch updates through both Adept and apt-get, just not 
adept-updater.  Dapper flight3 with fresh updates as of 5 minutes through 
apt.
