systemsettings crashes while kcontrol resists

Hello

I always thought that systemsettings & kcontrol were the same, but the 
following bug shows they aren't!

In "Regional & Accessibilitity", "Keyboard Shortcuts", selecting the "Command 
Shortcuts" tab crashes systemsettings while kcontrol is able to display it. 
This seems to me that it is new to 3.5.4.
