Are you talking about the Live Install (Ubiquity)? Don't know if I spelled it 
correctly.....
If so you can take right from the system you run it from.  Just fire up 
KSnapshot and then fire up the installer and take the pictures.  If I recall 
I still need to update some of the screenshots.
