Please test CUPS 1.2 fixes

I tried to add a printer using the Kubuntu beta live-cd and got this 

"Unable to create printer:Error message received from manager


Reloading the printing module or another application shows a new created 
but stopped printer. Starting it and trying to print shows the following 

"An error occurred while retrieving the printer list:


it loads the printing dialog anyway and when you hit print, it fails and 
shows the following message:

A print error occurred. Error message received from system:

cupsdoprint -P 'hp' -J 'Untitled' -H 'localhost:631' -U 'ubuntu' -o ' 
copies=1 multiple-document-handling=separate-documents-collated-copies 
orientation-requested=3' '/tmp/kde-ubuntu/kdeprint_W1PDudyY' : execution 
failed with message:
ippSetPort(p=631) client-error-request-value-too-long "

So the situation is better than with flight6, but it is not yet resolved.


PS: I also tried the espresso installer, and while much improved, I get 
the same error reported on the feedback page. It crashes when loading the
