Great.  Kubuntu will soon be available to translate through Rosetta on
launchpad.net, I'll make an announcement when that happens.  Until
then you may want to try contacting the KDE Kiswahiki team coordinator

It looks like there's no Swahili translations in KDE, so you may even
be able to take over the team.
