PMount issues

Hi all,

Have the developers recieved any reports of pmount not working ? (and neither 
fstab-sync) ? 

Also, hald is configured to drop privileges on startup, and so, according to 
the docs, neither fstab-sync, nor pmount is supposed to work. Please, could 
this be changed ?

How do I get pmount to work ? I created a symlink to pmount-hal 
(60-pmount.hal) in /etc/hal/device.d, but that doesnt change anything.
