Add Remove Applications program

While we're on that, I was looking for the Kapture sources to see if
there was anything I could do (after looking at Kynaptic I decided it
was pretty much a dead loss ;).

Does anyone know where the repository is?  The Kalyxo site seems to be
down long term, which was where development was apparently happening.
