[kubuntu-devel] kubuntu.org logo looks ugly on IE

I see the problem with the transparent png is almost solved - I say
"almost" because perhaps there is another transparent image, that still
looks black.

Here I am attaching a screenshot (quality is reduced to make it pass to
the forum).
