I noticed that, but I'm quite sure it's not because of many tabs being opened. It's down to the style and/or colors set on  
KDE. Sometimes when a webpage is loading, the text in the tab is displayed in a different color (often white), which makes  
it unreadable on certain styles.   
  
I just recommend altering some of your colors in kcontrol.
