This error only ever gets displayed in a development cycle when the CD is
completely broken; there is nothing useful that the user can do with the CD
other than report it as a bug, so I don't really see the need to make it
prettier (although Ubuntu branding probably wouldn't hurt).

In any case, I built version 20050316.1 of the Kubuntu live CD earlier today to
fix this problem, and a similarly fixed install CD will be available by tomorrow
at the latest.
