3.4 moving into hoary

kdelibs and kdebase from 3.4 are now in hoary.  

kdeaccessibility, admin, graphics, network, toys, utils, webdev
uploaded and may or may not build successfully as I sleep.

Those of you using my repository on jasmine in their apt sources can get
rid of it now.

Vi users will be pleased to know that kvim now no longer breaks their
favourite editor.
