I think this is a great idea! I'm no serious developer, particularly for
GUI programming. But I can do reasonable scripting (particularly regarding
system config and management). So, a GUI dev tool like Kommander or Kaptain
(or anything better) is a good enabler to contribute Kubuntu for
"script-daddies" like me. :)

Other than that, the KDCW idea is fantastic in itself alone. IMHO that's
just one of the kind of things that could push K-Breezy to the masses,
much more than a coolest looking theme or even the KDE itself.
