My opinion is that Kynaptic is a nice start for a KDE version of Synaptic, but
isn't really usable yet. Features like 'search' are still missing. Also missing
description panels like seen in synaptic should be added before it should be
installed as only package installer.

I would as a standard also install synaptic.
