[Bug 2096649] Re: Installation failed - snap installation failed

Hi folks! I came across a very similar installer error related to snap
seed validation when trying the latest Kubuntu Plucky image published on
Feb 14. Calamares session.log (see attachment) contains this interesting
snippet:

The installation completed, but the target system's snapd.seeded.service
hangs forever. Reinstalling snapd reveals more interesting info:

 - cannot resolve prerequisite assertion: account (X2sMPcAwKaUvO7RWEtUXgqi2E43SH2V0)
Found incorrect seed, disabling it
```
