FFe] Update ktouch and kqtquickcharts to Qt6 25.08 release in Questing

ktouch and its dependency kqtquickcharts remained as Qt5 based in Gear
25.04. These are now ported to Qt6 in Gear 25.08 and Debian have just
updated to this now they are unfrozen.

The Qt5 version is basically dead in terms of maintenance, so updating
here to the Qt6 port is wanted. At least one scheduled bugfix release
will follow for Questing.
