[Bug 2120219] [NEW] Restore session at start-up becomes default after upgrade

SUMMARY
After upgrade from Kubuntu 24.10 to 25.04 restore session at start-up has become the default.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In system settings, have start with empty session selected.
2. Upgrade from 24.10 to Kubuntu 25.04.
3. Wonder why two instances of conky are running.

OBSERVED RESULT
Upgrade changes settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
Upgrade leaves user's choices intact.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0
Qt Version: 6.8.3
