Over the weekend I used the laptop for a couple of hours, and the
indexer remained "Idle" at 88%

Using the laptop for work today, been powered up for 4 hours. The
indexer has now reached 94%, disks being thrashed quite a lot, but CPU
usage remains at 20%.
