[Bug 2119334] [NEW] Deleting a user who is automatically logged into the system breaks the SDDM.

Public bug reported:

I found the bug by accident. During the installation of the system, I
entered the username with a typo and set automatic login. After
installation everything was ok, but I noticed that my data was missing
from my home directory. A quick look around and it turned out I had a
typo. So I created a user with the correct name gave it admin
privileges, logged into the new account and deleted the account with the
typo via the Settings app. After rebooting the system SDDM was crashing.
I could only see the mouse cursor and a black screen.

The cause: a non-existent user was set in the /etc/sddm.conf file.
Solution: if a user is being deleted, verify that in /etc/sddm.conf the value of the User field is not set to the user being deleted. SDDM should verify that the user in the User field exists. If not, the value should be ignored.
