I do confirm this issue persists.

Upgraded from 22.04 to 24.04.1 Sometimes (most of the times) when I
reboot the machine it shows exactly nothing

Mainboard: Gigabyte X670E Aorus Master
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900
GPU: Internal
