[Bug 2085783] [NEW] crash on latest oracular package update

Public bug reported:

all fine with with sddm_0.21.0-1ubuntu3_amd64.deb and lower.
after upgrade to sddm_0.21.0-1ubuntu4_amd64.deb sddm crashes on startup:
all fine after apt-rollback
I also tried to set DisplayServer=x11 in sddm.conf to ensure it has nothing todo with wayland default.
