[Bug 2084984] [NEW] missing lsp client plugin in Kate

There is no option to activate LSP plugin in Kate 23.08 on Kubuntu 24.04

This plugin can not be found on Settings -> Configure Kate -> Plugins
page on freshly installed Kubuntu 24.04.1
