[Bug 2084940] [NEW] KDE Global Themes Dependency Error

I cannot download or use a global theme and here's an example for the
error message:

Installation of /tmp/AZJNOL-Dracula.tar-20240829014123.xz failed: Could
not install dependency: 'kns://colorschemes.knsrc/api.kde-
look.org/1370679'

This is happening only for every KDE Global theme, downloading and
installing new cursors and icons are working good
