[Bug 2084549] [NEW] [oracular] krfb does not support wayland because the package is not on kf6

Public bug reported:

The krfb package on oracular is not plasma6 so that causes problems on
wayland that are fixed if you update the package to the kf6 version.
Plus the virtual monitor command is still broken in the kf5 version.
