I have the same issue on Ubuntu 24.

Global Scale set to 100% (always was)

>From left to right:

Screen 1 1280x800
Screen 2 1920x1080
Screen 3 1920x1080

all aligned at the top (flush)

full screenshot works, but area move the selection box and shift the
display to the right by some random amount …

Hopefully some dev can pick this one up, it's been around for a long
time now ^^;
