+ time wanting 24.08.1, and so did not enable the build with baloo widgets

  This is very similar to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=489773 on Neon. It was fixed by a package rebuild so it seems to me this needs a package rebuild by kubuntu.
