kubuntu-meta 1.451.1 is still in noble-proposed, so how could it have
affected upgrades to 24.04.1? In that sense, how would "zero complaints
regarding upgrading to 24.04.1" then attest that kubuntu-meta 1.451.1
was tested in that upgrade?
