[Bug 2064845] [NEW] Right clicking quickly will select the first menu entry

Public bug reported:

I am trying to use right click as normal, but if I release the button without moving the mouse, it will select the entry under the mouse cursor. If I move the mouse a little bit after pressing the button, then release it, the context menu stays and it doesn't select the entry.
Please fix it, it is very annoying to work on at the moment.
