[Bug 2070099] Re: Desktop GUI is corrupted

Have been able to recreate my desktop by deleting the desktop layout file (~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc).
Attached the not working layout above.

Though still my network lamp is blinking which is really weird.
