[Bug 2068491] [NEW] SRu: Fix regression ark cannot open 7zip files

[ Impact ]

 * Ark is unable to extract or view 7z after p7zip to 7zip transition in
Ubuntu noble 24.04

 * ark relied on /usr/lib/p7zip/7zr which is now gone in 7zip

[ Test Plan ]

 * Try to open 7zip archives and it fails.
 * With patches it does not.

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * This fix should have no impact on anything but ark.
