Is kio-fuse supposed to be working in 23.10+?

I've a fresh install of Kubuntu 23.10 and using Dolphin connected to a
server using 'sftp'. Works fine. However, when I check the list of
mounts there is no sign of fuse.kio-fuse. If I use dbus-send to issue a
request to do the same it succeeds and I see the mount point in
/run/user/1000/kio-fuse-XXXXXX.
