[Bug 2054492] [NEW] Dolphin remote folders do not show under external application Save/Save As dialogs

Public bug reported:

The remote network/folder locations which are stored under Dolphin do
not show up under application Save/Save as dialogs.  This can be
replicated by opening a program like LibreOffice and going to File->Save
As.  You will notice remote folders locations do not show up on the left
side of the save dialog.
