This does not seem the same as bug #966868

Apport captured a system freeze [crash] which required a hard reboot.
At very close to the same time as the  capture Apport also wrote report /var/crash/_usr_bin_plasmashell.1000.crash
Again I could not confirm that this report was successfully uploaded either.

The /var/log/apport.log entries following the ibus-ui-gtk3 crash lines and are as follows.

In both cases I was checking on the uploads using their whoopsie-id's an hour and half after the crash. Was this too soon?
