On Mantic, some snap packages seem to mostly fail to open from the KDE
menu. Examples include Telegram, Signal and Discord. However, they will
open from the menu when specifying the executable in `/snap/bin`
To reproduce:
1. Install a fresh copy of Kubuntu Mantic
2. Install Signal from snapd (`snap install signal-desktop`)
3. Open it, reboot, re-open it, reboot again
4. Use the Signal item in the applications menu
Expected results:
Signal opens
Actual results:
Launch feedback appears, but signal never runs
Workaround:
Enter `/snap/bin/signal-desktop` into krunner
Workaround 2:
Open `/var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications/` in Dolphin and open the
`.desktop` file from there.
