[Bug 2007025] [NEW] EteSync support

Public bug reported:

EteSync is open source end-to-end encrypted sync for calendars,
contacts, tasks and notes.

There is KDE integration available for some time:
https://www.etesync.com/user-guide/kontact, but it is not available in
Kubuntu.

KDE Neon has libetebase package: https://invent.kde.org/neon/neon-packaging/libetebase
and their kdepim-runtime depends on it, providing support for EteSync. This can probably be used to help to add EteSync support to Kubuntu. Would be awesome : )
